- Kitchen Remodel
- Bathroom Remodel
Available space was not the issue in this project, rather a poor design done by a previous owner. The kitchen housed a massive island and an L-shaped cabinetry on the wall. Our clients wanted to keep the size of the island, add a double wall oven, a wood hood, a pantry, and stacked wall cabinets with crown molding, and increase the height of all the base cabinets to 39 ½”.
To better purpose the space within the home, We decided to repurpose a useless hallway as a walk-in pantry with lots of shelving. This was also a major improvement for traffic flow within the kitchen space. We also removed a wall making it the walkway to the garage door. We relocated the refrigerator and set it next to their new coffee station. We added a large Cafe gas range and put the oak wood hood above it, making this the kitchen’s focal point.
