Jim came to Blue Ridge in January of 1996 and was instrumental in the development and success of the Lead Carpenter System within our company. For over 23 years, Jim was a Lead on projects ranging from deck remodels to full-scale addition projects. Jim is known and remembered for his excellent organization, planning, and efficiency.
