Rick came to Blue Ridge in 1997. As Blue Ridge had grown, the need for a full time Production Manager became apparent and he filled that role and more. Rick came into the company and brought an organized approach to our design and production teams. During his time with BRDB, Rick implemented many production best practices we still follow today. His influence helped shape the Blue Ridge we are today.
