Susan has been an integral part of the Blue Ridge team since 2004, serving as a Designer, Client Experience Manager, and Selections Coordinator. Born in Butler, PA, and raised in Beckley, WV, she graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School before continuing her education at Marshall University. Susan has earned certifications such as AKBD and CAPS to enhance her design skills.
She feels that a career in design chose her, as she quickly developed an interest in the construction industry and began learning the trade to support her team. Susan taught herself design software and gained extensive knowledge in the kitchen and bath industry, which led her to her current role at BRDB. Her dedication to learning and helping others has made her an invaluable member of the team.
With a strong background in customer service, Susan excels at connecting with clients and understanding their dreams. She particularly enjoys working on kitchen design projects. Outside of work, Susan loves spending time with her Dachshund, Gracie, and cooking, with lasagna being her favorite dish.
